The Prostate Center
At
The Hubbard Clinic
Center for Bladder Control
The Hubbard Clinic specializes in male urinary voiding problems, the prevention and treatment of prostate disease, and the sexual dysfunction that is associated with these conditions. The Prostate Center is equipped to handle everything from routine prostate exams and blood tests to minimally invasive office procedures for men 40 years of age or older. Dr. John Hubbard has been treating these conditions for over twenty-five years. Since opening the clinic in 2000, he has narrowed his scope of practice to the prevention and treatment of voiding and prostate problems.
The following symptoms are an indication that you may have a treatable problem:
- Frequent and urgent need to urinate
- Getting up at night to urinate
- Difficulty starting urination
- A weak urine stream
- Dribbling and leakage of urine
- Interference with sexual function
The symptoms above are usually seen in men 40 years of age and older. The most likely cause of these symptoms is an enlarged prostate, or BPH (Benign Prostate Hyperplasia.) For more information, please see ‘BPH / Voiding Problems’ tab under the ‘Conditions / Treatments’ tab above.
If you or a loved one is experiencing any of the above symptoms or would like to have a routine prostate exam, please contact The Hubbard Clinic to schedule an appointment at (502) 893-3510. If these symptoms are left untreated, it may lead to urinary retention, bladder stones, urinary infections, or kidney damage. |
